Admin Specialist

JobResponsibilities:

  u  Assist admin manager in handling administrative affairs and the routine work within the department.

u  Assist to review and revise the regulations of the company.

u  Complete the collection of material, the management of files, drafting ducuments, making official documents, sending and receiving, etc.

u  Meeting organizing & Arrangement, including preparation, taking the minutes, content arrangement and transfer after the meeting.

u  Participate in the management of admin and purchase affairs in the company, be responsible for recording and distributing office supplies of deparments in the company.

u  Contact and receive external relevant departments, answer internal calls, receive visitors and keep the smooth conveying of information.

u  Complete other work assigned by department leader.

Job requirements:

  Fluent Chinese and English.Good command of written English and  Chinese is previous

²  With good job responsibility, carefulness, patience and earnestness.

²  Skilled use of office softwareother software and operation of office automation equipment

²  Good image with nice characteristics.Age:20-28. Related work experience is a plus.
